my throat has hurt for the past week or so. It is really painful to swallow. i don't have tonsils because i used to get strep throat all the time. anyway, i was feeling it on the car ride home from cp and realized i have a lump on the right side of my throat. It could be my thyroid or could be a tumor or could be nothing at all. i'm basically scaring myself shitless though, thinking how appropriate it would be for me to die soon. spend a whole life preparing for the future just to have it all end right when you think you're supposed to start. i'm going to try to goto the doctor on monday. hopefully everything will be alright. i hate getting sick when you're older, it's usually a lot more serious than getting sick when you're little.Current Mood:  sore |
no dan nooo! i'm sure you just have a very bad cold. probably the reason you have a lump on the side of your throat is because that's where your lymphnodes are and they swell up when you're sick. dont think about dying, that's my job. but do please go to the doctor. you're right though, it does suck getting sick when you're older cause you cant be like "yay! i get to miss school!" because 1)well, you're not in school anymore and 2)anything you do miss you are fully responsible for making up and will probably be screwed for missing it. In any case, feel better. let me know what the doctor said.

yes we are, i just woke up. i may not be able to shower though, they're building stairs so i can't get to the shower yet. i forgot about that.
